Homemade Hair Conditioner - Vitamin Information

Vitamins which are beneficial for hair growth and strengthening.

For some of the highest Vitamin A foods, there are vegetables, such as spinach and carrots, there are fruits, like peaches, apricots and blueberries, and the dairy foods of milk, cheeses and eggs are also vital. With daily doses of protein foods, fish, very lean meats, and nuts or whole grain foods will only enhance your healthiest of overall body, hair, nails and brain functioning alertness too.

Ayurvedic herbal oil infusions are also really useful to add to homemade hair masks (e.g with Bentonite Clay) or henna (natural hair colourant) treatments to add slip and to counteract the drying effects of using clay or henna.

The lack of iron and vitamins also causes hair loss. In this case besides treatment with natural hair remedies, you need also eat food rich in iron. I especially recommend you to drink fresh-squeezed apple juice and eat various salads, nuts, more fish, etc. Fish is very rich in vitamins A, E. Or you can consult with your doctor and take some multivitamin tablets. But I recommend you to choose the natural way and make your own homemade hair conditioner.
