This is a good video I found this morning on how to look after your hair. There are quite a few tips on homemade hair conditioners and other products to use if you are using shop products on your hair.
The video is 18 minutes long and the young lady goes through each step on how she looks after her hair and what products she uses.
To be honest i am not too keen on some of the products she is using and you may not either but she demonstrates some good techniques and theory behind looking after your hair.
